Designed for Great Gulf, this 2-bedroom model suite brings a fresh, contemporary lens to downtown living within a heritage building. The design balances clean-lined furniture and modern silhouettes with subtle nods to the building’s character, creating a layered and intentional look. Soft neutrals are paired with warm textures, sculptural lighting, and curated accessories to add depth without overpowering the architecture.
