At Red Barrinuevo Home, we carefully coordinate shipping and delivery to ensure your pieces arrive safely and in excellent condition.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately depending on the product and delivery method.
  • Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary based on supplier lead times, inventory availability, and carrier schedules.
  • Large furniture items may require scheduled delivery and signature upon receipt.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information and appropriate site access (e.g., elevators, stairs, loading docks).
  • Additional fees may apply for redelivery, storage, white-glove service, or special access requirements.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assess the issue.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the curated and custom nature of our collections — including furniture, art, vintage pieces, and styling accessories — all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo documentation. We will review the claim and determine whether a repair, replacement, or alternative resolution is appropriate.

For hybrid and outright purchase design projects, all furniture, custom pieces and accessories ordered on behalf of the client are considered final sale once procurement has begun. Deposits and procurement payments are non-refundable.

Returns & Refund Policy – Bambasi Furniture Collection

The Bambasi Furniture Collection is a curated line of restored and handcrafted pieces. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, changes in plans, incorrect measurements, color preference changes, relocation, job loss, or other personal circumstances. We strongly encourage clients to review product descriptions, dimensions, and finish details carefully before purchasing. If you need clarification, we are always happy to assist prior to checkout.

Bambasi pieces are not mass-produced inventory. Each item is either a 30–50-year-old vintage piece thoughtfully refinished by our team or a handcrafted piece made using quality North American materials. As a small, independent company committed to craftsmanship and ethical sourcing, every piece is handled with care and intention.

Because many Bambasi items are vintage or handmade, variations and subtle imperfections are part of their character. Vintage pieces will show signs of age. Hand-painted and handcrafted finishes may include minor variations. Our quality standard is a natural viewing distance of approximately three (3) feet under normal lighting. Imperfections not visible from this distance are considered acceptable and consistent with refinished and handmade furniture standards. Magnified images, flash photography, or extreme close inspection do not reflect real-life viewing conditions.

Perfection is not promised — authenticity and craftsmanship are.

If an item arrives damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours with clear photographs of the product and packaging. Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Offer a partial credit to allow for a professional local repair
  • Arrange for pickup, restoration, and redelivery if the damage is significant
  • Provide an alternative resolution at our discretion

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
