Use of Website

This website is intended for informational and commercial purposes related to our design services, staging services, and product sales. All content on this website — including images, project photos, styling concepts, text, branding, logos, and design materials — is the property of RB Home and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Design & Staging Services

All staging, decorating, hybrid, and model suite projects are governed by a separate signed agreement between RB Home and the client. Quotes are valid for a limited time as stated in the proposal. Procurement does not begin until the agreement is signed and required payments are received for interior design and hybrid projects. Lead times  for furniture and accessories for interior design and hybrid projects  typically range from 2–8 weeks or longer depending on supplier availability. Timelines may be affected by vendor delays, shipping carriers, or other external factors beyond our control. Any changes to scope, materials, or specifications may result in additional charges.

Hybrid Projects for Model Suites & Interior Design

For projects categorized as “Hybrid” (design + outright purchase), all furniture and accessories are purchased specifically for the project and are considered final sale once ordered. Deposits and procurement payments are non-refundable. Ownership transfers to the client once full payment has been received. Storage fees may apply if installation timelines change.

Payment Terms

Invoices are payable according to the terms stated in the agreement. RB Home reserves the right to pause procurement, delivery, installation and forfeit discount if invoices remain outstanding. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as outlined in the signed contract.

Limitation of Liability

RB Home is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping carriers, or third parties; natural variations in materials (including wood grain, fabric dye lots, or vintage wear); or damage occurring after delivery or installation. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
