  • Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary based on supplier lead times, inventory availability, and carrier schedules.
  • Large furniture items may require scheduled delivery and signature upon receipt.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information and appropriate site access (e.g., elevators, stairs, loading docks).
  • Additional fees may apply for redelivery, storage, white-glove service, or special access requirements.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assess the issue.
