Designed for Broccolini, this 3-bedroom model suite was created with function in mind, where every square foot had to work harder. The tight layout called for a flexible solution, so we introduced a movable kitchen island that functions as a dining space while doubling as extra prep and counter area. Clean-lined cabinetry, layered neutrals, and textured accents keep the space feeling open and intentional rather than crowded. The result is a thoughtfully designed home that proves smart planning and well-scaled furniture can completely transform compact urban living.
